Precise Home Solutions is owned and operated by David, a US Navy veteran living and working right here in Southwest Florida — not a call center three states away. The same discipline and attention to detail I learned in the Navy go into every home I look after. When you hire us, you know exactly who's caring for your property, and we treat it like it's our own.

Precise Home Solutions is based in Charlotte County and covers both counties daily. We handle handyman repairs, junk removal, pool cage rescreening, seamless gutters and paver work throughout Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, North Port, Venice, Sarasota and Englewood — including Deep Creek, Rotonda, South Gulf Cove, Burnt Store Isles and Punta Gorda Isles. We serve Charlotte and Sarasota County, Florida — including Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, North Port, Venice, Sarasota, Englewood, Rotonda, Deep Creek, Burnt Store Isles, Punta Gorda Isles and South Gulf Cove.
Our service call plus your first wall panel is $100. Additional wall panels run $50–$80 each, and roof panels $90–$150 each (they take longer and require working on the cage). Full pool cage and lanai rescreens are quoted free after we measure your enclosure.
Junk removal is priced by volume — how much space your items take up in the truck — from a small minimum load up to a full truckload. The fastest way to a price is to text us a photo of the pile and where we can park. Upfront pricing, no surprises.
Precise Home Solutions is veteran-owned and fully insured. For work that requires a licensed contractor — structural, electrical or plumbing jobs — we partner with licensed professionals so your project is always done right and to code.
